Designed to improve the efficiency, productivity and optimization of marketing automation, CRM, and sales pipeline activity, ContactStream® is a SaaS cloud-based delivery platform that provides highly-qualified engineering contacts who buy or specify products at all stages of the sales cycle.

Through prequalification, ContactStream® provides current and relevant contact data such as name, company, title, phone and email address, to the marketer. Most importantly, the prequalification process provides critical information that positions the contact in a specific stage of the buying journey while identifying vendor preferences and preferred product characteristic ratings. 

Comprised of over 13,500 contacts within the vertical industries and markets serviced by CFE Media, ContactStream® has an easy-to-use interface that allows the marketer to refine and segment a purchase intent search based on product category, purchase timeframe, buying stage, industry and other relevant criteria. Contacts can be directly imported into a Marketing Automation system (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Pardot) or a Client Relationship Management system (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics). Contacts can also be exported into local Excel or CSV files for specific feeds, searches and applications.

ContactStream® is also designed to work in tandem with CFE Media’s ContentStream®, a SaaS cloud-based platform which provides professional, high-quality, relevant, engineer-centric content. Together the services help address a marketer’s need for: 1) more qualified contacts to go into the sales funnel and 2) the content needed to move the contacts through the funnel.

ContactStream® System Overview:

  • Receive a regular stream of qualifiable, engineering contacts for use in marketing, sales & lead nurturing campaigns
  • All engineer contacts are filterable by product category, buy cycle stage, vertical industry, purchase criteria, & demographic segments such as job title & location
  • 30 fields of data provided for each contact, which is available via an exported Excel file or direct API integration with MAS or CRM systems
  • Minimum 300 contact annual subscription is required & all customers most meet CFE Media qualification criteria
