MARKETING TO ENGINEERS® RESEARCH – TRADE SHOWS AND INDUSTRY EVENTS

The Marketing to Engineers® Trade Shows and Industry Events study—was designed to target the average engineer in order learn about how they find, use, and engage with content that helps them better do their job. Specific topics for this installment include trade show and industry event attendance, behavior, and expectations.

According to the study: The top reasons for stopping at a supplier’s booth are product demos (84%), face-to-face contact with suppliers (67%), and educational presentations at the booth (59%). Also on average, 1/3 of engineers plan their trade show event schedule ahead of time.
