DOWNERS GROVE, ILL—GARY COHEN JOINS CFE MEDIA AND TECHNOLOGY AS SENIOR EDITOR AND PROJECT MANAGER.
Cohen brings with him more than 20 years of experience in publishing, and has worked with organizations such as Chicago Cubs Publications and Imagination Publishing. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin as well as a Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University.
In his role prior to joining CFE Media and Technology, Cohen directed editorial operations, including print product, blog, videos, and social media, for the official custom content publications of the Chicago Cubs. He also worked as President of his own media company, in which he specialized in corporate communications, writing and editing for a variety of clients.
“After working primarily in baseball for the last decade, I was looking for the next big challenge,” Cohen said. “Producing content for engineers is certainly a new frontier, but it should be an exciting one.”
