Leslie is an accredited public relations strategist with extensive experience in all facets of marketing communications. She consistently uses research and data to help global clients develop strategy, craft brand identities, sell complex products and build lifetime customer relationships. As chief executive officer of dgs Marketing Engineers, Leslie oversees the overall strategic planning, creative development, public relations and digital communications activities for the agency and its global manufacturing clients.
Leslie holds degrees in political science and Japanese from Ball State University and does ongoing graduate work at Georgetown University in the fields of public relations and corporate communications. She is a member of PRSA, the National Association of Women’s Business Owners (NAWBO) and Women in Manufacturing and serves on the board of the Reshoring Initiative. Leslie serves on the communications committee for NAWBO Indy as well as the public service and APR committees of Hoosier PRSA.
Leslie was named a Rising Star by the Indianapolis Star Press in 2012. She is a frequent guest speaker on a wide range of strategic communication topics at local and national industry events.

In 2016, Lynch took on a new responsibility of marketing, selling, & onboarding strategic media partners with the launch of the ContentStream® for Publishers. By overseeing the development and launch of the industry’s first content syndication marketplace for b-to-b publishers, Lynch opened up a new revenue platform for both CFE Technology and our partner publishing companies such as IEEE Spectrum, Babcox Media, & Informa.
With a Journalism & Mass Communication Bachelor’s degree from University of Iowa, and an MBA in product development from Loyola University, Lynch’s background includes experience on content development, project management, advertising sales, and new product development. He’s a lifelong resident of the Chicagoland area, and a diehard Chicago Cubs, Blackhawks, and Bears fan. He currently lives with his wife and family in the near-western suburbs of Chicago.

Carla Vallone is a communications professional who specializes in business-to-business public relations and content development. In her role as President of Portavoce Public Relations, she helps multi-billion-dollar companies and early-stage start-ups communicate the value of their solutions to business-to-business buyers. She consults with clients in enterprise technology, industrial equipment and adhesives, and more. Carla leads her agency team to create compelling stories for buyers in the chemical, automotive, manufacturing and healthcare sectors, among others.
In the last four years, Portavoce PR has generated more than 3,500 earned editorial stories targeted to engineers, plant managers and other enterprise audiences. Utilizing storytelling such as technical articles, case studies, blogger reviews, infographics and editorial articles, Portavoce PR has created nearly 4 billion earned media impressions in the industrial enterprise marketplace.
Carla volunteers her time as the acting director for Girls, Inc. of San Diego County, an organization that empowers girls to explore professions in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). By providing no-cost, hands-on training, Carla hopes to inspire under-served girls to see college as attainable and pursue lucrative careers in STEM that will help them break the chain of poverty.
Adrienne Greene is the marketing manager for Precision Fastening Power Tools at Ingersoll Rand, a world leader in creating and sustaining safe, comfortable and efficient environments in commercial, residential and industrial markets.
In her role, Adrienne works across the inbound and outbound marketing spectrum to oversee the precision fastening product line. She is responsible for establishing lead generation and training programs for new product launches, implementing thought leadership campaigns and activating social media marketing.
In addition to her position as marketing manager, Adrienne previously served as a committee leader for the Davidson Wellness (GREEN) team at Ingersoll Rand for which she won an Ingersoll Rand Chairman’s Award. Her responsibilities included implementing recycling programs, composting programs and educational programming efforts.
Adrienne has earned six Ingersoll Rand President’s Awards in total in the “Growth and Innovation,” “Leadership and Operational Excellence” and “Inspiring Progress” categories.
Before joining Ingersoll Rand, Adrienne held product management roles at STERIS Corporation and Libra Industries. Adrienne graduated from John Carroll University with a Bachelor of Science.
